Return eligibility

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item + packaging. We’ll respond quickly and help resolve it.
Exceptions
Certain items may not be eligible for return (for example: used items or final sale items). We’ll finalize this once your store policy is set.
How to request a return

- The item(s) in question
- A short description of the issue
- Photos if the item arrived damaged
